Our Management Team

Anshuman has been responsible for developing & growing the sport of badminton in and around Georgia since 2014. That has led to 2 professional clubs being set up.
He owns Smash Bounce badminton under whose umbrella he conducts various national, regional, and local tournaments. His team also is responsible for nurturing/identifying talent at the grass roots level and has a team of volunteer coaches and sponsors supporting the organization.
Transitioned to Atlanta, US from India in 2014.Has been playing badminton from the age of 10. Represented 2 states in India. Has won the USA Masters. Has been a winner of Georgia games over 40+ titles for 4 consecutive years.
As a professional Anshuman is a Vice President of a multinational organization and he brings in 25+ years of corporate leadership experience across diverse cultures and economies.
Anshuman holds the responsibility as a President elect of Inter Region Council (South) for USAB. He is also a certified USAB regional umpire.

Over 18 Years of experience in SAP industry experience handled teams in onshore and offshore business operations
Managed and lead the ISU utility projects for various North America based clients
Active in playing sports such as Tennis leagues (ALTA, Ultimate Tennis, T2 etc.), cricket leagues (ACL, DCL, MI Cup etc.,), Volleyball leagues (GATS) and badminton leagues (TANA, GATS etc.)
Managed individual team in Hawaii, Michigan, and Atlanta in many cricket leagues,
Managed and traveled with team from Hawaii to other islands to play inter-island tournaments
In India, conducted Cricket league tournaments with more than 40 teams and successfully run multiple tournaments in a period of 4 years
Groomed youngster to play high level cricket tournaments in Michigan & Atlanta areas

A sport enthusiast who understands the relationship between play and work in sport. In sport as work he finds organizational aspects of regulation and control, the rules of various competitions, testing, scrutiny of sporting organizations’ finances and so on. Ram brings his expertise to this arena to help us grow and sustain.
Ram is a master’s degree holder in computer application and has done his management in industrial purchasing and materials.
He possesses twenty plus years of experience in business operations and workforce management for large enterprises.
He is a promoter of sports in the corporate world and has organized many sporting events for social causes.
He drives the organization's culture, ethos through the benefits of sport to enhance not only individual’s health, but also to stimulate commitment to and enjoyment of work at the organization.
